| Currently, all orders are shipped within 3 business days. This does not include special order items like soap and candles. If we do not have the item on hand we must manufacture it. This could delay your order for up to two weeks depending on the volume of our orders. You will receive an email when your order ships. If you must have your item before other orders are filled we will include a fee for that service. Just check on the rush order fee available with most of our products.
Sorry, we do not accept returns at this time due to the special nature of our products. We find it more inconvenient for our customers. If you are totally unsatisfied with your product call or email us and we will try to work things out. All special orders or jewelry product sales are final. We are not responsible for damage which occurs during shipping. |
